I was suffering from cancer rectum for about an year and recovered. I had slid into anxiety and loss of sleep. Prescribed rexipra 10 mg and zicam 0.5 mg twice a day. By aug 17 I felt better and reduced to rexipra 5 mg and zicam 0.5 half every night. From sept end, I have enhanced anxiety due to daughters domestic problems while cancer is treated except for irritable bowel syndrome. I have to take full zicam 0.5 again. Kindly advise.

Dear Srivastava, It is good news that you are cured from cancer rectum. For anxiety or sleep disturbance you should continue with the drug which suits you. You should reassure yourself , make your mind strong and reduce slowly the drugs till you are completely off the drugs.
